More about Diane (Dee Dee):"After high school. I began working for an electronics company through a local job shop. Worked at the same company off and on until 1985. In between the times I wasn't working for that company, I worked as a swithchboard operator at a local bank (It actually had the cables and board just like Lilly Thomplin had in her skits- How's that for dating my age). I also delivered auto parts for a local auto parts store. Lots of fun but the pay sucked. Decided in 1986 what I wanted to be when I grew up and began attending Foothill Junior College. ea from Fremont, Ca. in 1990. Stayed with my sister Shari and her family for about 3 months in Rocklin. Moved into an apt in Sacramento for my daughter and myself. Have lived in Sacramento area ever since. My daughter is now going to be 21 in September 2010. Obviously I never got married. But God blessed me with a child who has a great head on her shoulders. Althought I sometimes wonder if God forgot to give her common sense. Just kidding Stacey! She was named after a friend from Mountain View. She and her family helped me out when I really needed someone. Although I hardly knew her, I was a friend of her husband, at the time. She welcomed me into her home and I think of her often. Where would I be now without the friends of my past. Who knows and who cares. I just know I'm greatful. For all the roads and paths I HAD CHOSEN TO TAKE, there has always been a very few " good people" I got to take with me in my heart as I left one road to go on another.".
